Korea Pavilion Installation Process

01
Step 1: Structural Installation (D-2)
The local contractor installs the integrated pavilion structure, including the entrance gate, branded wall, and partitions. KOTRA Dhaka typically arranges the contractor in advance, while power, lighting, and internet cabling are completed at the same stage. The photographs show an efficient assembly process using aluminum frames and panel systems.
02
Step 2: Branding and Signage (D-1)
The team mounts the Korea Pavilion entrance sign, company fascia boards, banners, and posters. A design guideline is applied so that the integrated Korea Pavilion identity and each brand logo remain visually consistent. The on-site photos are especially useful for assessing the night-time effect of LED backlit signs.
03
Step 3: Product Display and Experience Counters (D-1)
Each exhibitor arranges products and prepares its demonstration zone. Mask packs are typically placed on wall displays, skincare items on stepped shelves, and makeup products around mirror-based testing stations. Testers, samples, catalogs, and business cards are checked in the final round, and interpreters and beauty advisors receive product briefings.
04
Step 4: On-Site Operations (D-Day)
During the three exhibition days, the pavilion handles buyer consultations, product demonstrations, and floor events. A unified information desk at the entrance directs interested visitors to individual booths, while VIP buyers such as major distributors are guided to separate meeting rooms for deeper one-to-one discussions.
05
Step 5: Dismantling and Wrap-Up (D+1)
After the exhibition closes, product packing, dismantling of structures, and site cleanup are completed within one day. Remaining samples are either distributed to buyers or stored at KOTRA Dhaka. Consultation records are then organized for follow-up email outreach.
