AES Bangladesh Event Schedule: Session Agenda and Participation Guide

AES Bangladesh EdTech Summit Event Schedule Overview

The AES Bangladesh EdTech Summit runs for three days: keynote sessions on Day 1, thematic breakout sessions on Day 2, and business matching and networking on Day 3. The event features 30 sessions, 80 speakers, and 500 participants, with dedicated programs for Korean companies (Korea Pavilion and Korea–Bangladesh matching sessions). Because seats are allocated by session through pre-registration, advance registration for sessions of interest is essential.

Bangladesh's EdTech market stands at approximately $250M as of 2025 and is growing at over 20% annually. A student-age population of 38 million, smartphone penetration above 50%, and the government's Smart Bangladesh 2041 education digitalization goals are all driving market expansion. This is an optimal entry window for Korean AI learning, LMS, and coding education companies.

Afternoon breakout sessions run in parallel across four rooms, so attendees should select their sessions in advance.

Registration and Preparation Guide

01
Pre-Registration (Deadline: 4 weeks before the event)
Register online via the official AES website. General registration fee: $200. KOTRA-supported program participants receive a full registration waiver and booth support. The KOTRA support application deadline is 6 weeks before the event — confirm in advance.
02
Session Selection (Within 3 days of registration)
Pre-select up to 10 sessions. Popular sessions (AI Learning, matching sessions) close early. Be sure to include Korean company presentation sessions (Tracks A and C) and the Day 3 matching session in your selections.
03
Day 3 Matching Application (Separate submission required)
Designate 5 preferred buyer companies or agencies and request AI-assisted matching supplementation. For government agency meetings (Bangladesh Ministry of Education, school corporations, ICT Division), arranging separately through KOTRA Dhaka Trade Office is more efficient.
04
Visa and Accommodation (3 weeks before the event)
KOTRA-supported companies receive an official invitation letter (for visa purposes) and accommodation booking assistance. Radisson Blu or Le Méridien near the Dhaka venue are recommended. Bangladeshi visas are available on arrival for Korean passport holders.
