Bodabi's AI Export Consultation Scoring Solution
Bodabi is a company that developed an AI-based export consultation dialogue analysis and automated scoring solution as part of KOTRA's DX Innovation Lab initiative. It analyzes buyer-company dialogues in real time during export consultation events, automatically evaluating consultation quality and determining the buyer's genuine purchase intent.
Previously, post-consultation assessments relied on the subjective evaluations of staff members. Bodabi's AI scoring objectively analyzes conversation content, question patterns, and purchase signals, enabling data-driven consultation performance management.
Scoring Methodology: 25-Criteria Analysis
Bodabi's AI scoring analyzes export consultations across 25 detailed criteria. These are structured along three dimensions: buyer authenticity (40%), consultation quality (30%), and deal potential (30%), with weighted scores applied to each criterion to produce a composite score.
| Dimension | Weight | Key Criteria | Analysis Method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buyer Authenticity | 40% | Purchase intent expressions, quantity/delivery inquiries, price negotiation attempts | NLP sentiment analysis + intent classification |
| Consultation Quality | 30% | Product explanation thoroughness, question responsiveness, expertise level | Dialogue structure analysis + topic modeling |
| Deal Potential | 30% | Specific terms discussion, follow-up commitments, sample requests | Purchase signal detection + pattern matching |
Buyer Authenticity Detection AI
The most critical factor in export consultations is identifying buyers with genuine purchase intent. Bodabi's AI detects purchase signals and non-purchase signals in real time during conversations, classifying buyer authenticity into four levels.
Consultation Quality Improvement and Coaching
Bodabi's AI scoring is utilized not only for buyer assessment but also for diagnosing and coaching the consultation capabilities of Korean companies. By analyzing over 12,000 consultation records, the system identifies pattern differences between successful and unsuccessful consultations and provides customized improvement suggestions for each company.
