HaeDream: KOTRA's Integrated Logistics Information Platform
HaeDream is an integrated logistics information dashboard operated by KOTRA, designed to let exporters review and manage the full logistics workflow in one place, from overseas certification and customs clearance to transportation and cargo insurance. Developed as a logistics digital transformation initiative by the DX Innovation Lab, it substantially improves information accessibility for small and mid-sized exporters.
Logistics is often the most complex and time-consuming part of international trade. Processes that previously had to be handled separately, such as obtaining required certifications, checking country-specific customs procedures, selecting the most efficient transport route, and arranging marine cargo insurance, can now be managed through a single HaeDream dashboard.
Four Core Modules of the Dashboard
HaeDream is built around four modules: overseas certification, customs information, transportation, and insurance. Each module can be used independently, but in integrated mode the dashboard can display all relevant logistics information at once when a user enters a destination market and product category.
