MDB Plaza 2025 Consultation Log: Development Finance Outcomes
This article reviews the consultation log and MOU signing results from MDB Plaza 2025. More than 100 Korean companies held over 300 one-on-one consultations with eight MDB institutions, resulting in 15 MOUs. Five concrete follow-up discussions are now underway in Bangladesh-related projects.

Consultation volume and outcomes can be assessed both by MDB institution and by project sector. Infrastructure and energy generated the highest number of meetings, while ICT and digital projects recorded the strongest MOU conversion rate.

Highlights of the Signed MOUs
The 15 MOUs represent memoranda of understanding between Korean companies and MDB institutions for cooperation on project participation. While an MOU is only an initial step, it marks a formal starting point for partnerships that may later advance to bids and contracts.
Bangladesh Project Consultation Outcomes
Five concrete follow-up discussions are underway for Bangladesh-related projects. Korean participation is being discussed for the Dhaka metro expansion project backed by ADB, a World Bank power grid modernization program, and AIIB-supported digital infrastructure initiatives.
