Infrastructure Roadshow 2025: Korea–Bangladesh Infrastructure Cooperation Event Overview

Infrastructure Roadshow 2025 is a Korea–Bangladesh infrastructure cooperation event hosted by the KOTRA Dhaka Trade Office. Seven major Bangladeshi infrastructure agencies — ECNEC, DMTCL, BR, BBA, PGCB, BREB, and DESCO — present their 2025–2030 new projects to Korean firms and conduct on-site one-on-one consultations. A pipeline exceeding $45B across transportation, energy, and urban development is disclosed at this event.

Since the interim government took office in 2024, Bangladesh's infrastructure market has shifted toward enhanced transparency and expanded MDB procurement. This Roadshow serves as the key touchpoint for Korean firms to prepare for EDCF tied and MDB ICB bids and to build trusted relationships with Bangladeshi infrastructure agencies. More than 50 Korean firms participate, with over 200 one-on-one consultations conducted.
