Rahimafrooz Group, founded in 1954, is one of Bangladesh's largest battery and energy conglomerates. Its business spans the full range of energy solutions, including automotive batteries, industrial batteries, solar systems, UPS, and ESS (energy storage systems).

Battery Materials Supply Contracts
Rahimafrooz is expanding its lithium-ion battery production and is looking for reliable suppliers of key inputs including cathode materials such as NCM and LFP, artificial graphite anodes, separators, and electrolytes. Korean companies such as Ecopro BM, Korea Steel Future M, and 코리아SK IE Technology could position themselves as supply partners, with long-term supply agreements of three to five years as a practical model.

BMS Technology Licensing
Rahimafrooz has in-house capability for lithium battery pack assembly, but it lacks advanced battery management system technology. A suitable model would be to license BMS technology from Korean specialists, including first-tier vendors to Korea SDI or Korea Energy Solution, or to supply BMS boards under an OEM structure.

Solar Joint Venture
Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy is one of the strongest players in Bangladesh's solar market. A joint venture with Korean solar module producers such as Korea Qcells or Korea Motors Energy Solutions to establish a local module assembly plant in Bangladesh could combine Rahimafrooz's distribution reach with Korean module technology.
