G-Fair 2025 Korea Outstanding Products Exhibition: Integrated Export Consultation Analysis

G-Fair 2025 Korea Outstanding Products Exhibition Overview

G-Fair, or the Korea Sourcing Fair, is a comprehensive exhibition organized by KOTRA to showcase competitive products from Korean small and mid-sized companies. Covering consumer goods, food, industrial materials, IT, beauty, and household products, the event is built around one-to-one export consultations with overseas buyers.

G-Fair operates through both domestic editions in Korea, including Seoul and Busan, and overseas roadshow editions in markets such as Dhaka, Ho Chi Minh City, and Jakarta. In 2025, the Seoul edition is expected to host more than 500 participating companies and over 800 invited buyers from 50 countries, generating more than 6,000 export consultations. Bangladesh has become important enough within this platform that G-Fair Dhaka is run as a dedicated local edition.

Sector Composition of the Exhibition

G-Fair 2025 Seoul is structured around 12 industry halls, with consumer goods and household products taking the largest share. Because many exhibitors are SMEs with market-ready products, consultations tend to focus on B2B distributors and online platform buyers looking for finished goods that can move quickly into import channels.

What Drives Success at G-Fair

01
Multi-sector format creates cross-selling opportunities
Because 12 sectors are gathered in one venue, a single buyer can source products across multiple categories in one trip. Bangladeshi buyers often combine food and household product purchasing, so bundled deals are common. Joint booths among related companies can create strong sales synergies.
02
Sample kits improve conversion
The companies with the highest conversion rates at G-Fair typically prepare buyer sample kits. When buyers can take away a curated pack of 5 to 10 representative products, physical testing becomes possible immediately after the meeting and the probability of moving to orders increases sharply.
03
Immediate price quoting matters
Bangladeshi buyers usually prefer quotations on an FOB or CIF basis. Suppliers that can provide a CIF Chattogram price on the spot gain a clear advantage over slower competitors. KOTRA logistics support can help exhibitors produce more accurate landed-price estimates.
04
The first 30 days of follow-up are decisive
The 30-day period after the consultation is the golden window for closing contracts. A package of customized quotations, sample shipment, and certification documents, supported by KOTRA Dhaka follow-up services, can raise buyer response rates significantly.
